All American Highway
Bryce Canyon, located along the "All American Highway," highway 12 is a must to add to your vacation itinerary. Bryce is a land filled with spectacular spires, pinnacles and fins called "hoodoos." Mazes of trails fill Bryce Canyon, winding through fairyland-like cities of stone. The scenic drive through Bryce Canyon allows access to many of the parks scenic view points.
Driving Directions from Salt Lake City, Utah
Drive south on interstate-15. Take the exit to hwy 20. Follow UT20 to UT89. Continue on UT89 to the junction of UT89 and UT9 at Mt. Carmel Jct. Bryce Canyon is 60 miles from Mount Carmel Junction. Continue on UT89 to Highway 12. Turn right on Highway 12 and drive through Red Canyon to Highway 63 and the entrance to Bryce Canyon National Park.
Driving Directions from Las Vegas, Nevada
From Las Vegas drive on Interstate 15 north to exit 16. Follow UT9 through Hurricane to LaVerkin. Turn right at the stop light. Drive on UT9 to the south entrance of Zion National Park. Drive through Zion to Mt. Carmel Junction, located at the intersection of Highways 9 and 89. Bryce Canyon is 60 miles from Mount Carmel Junction. Continue on UT89 to Highway 12. Turn right on Highway 12 and drive through Red Canyon to Highway 63 and the entrance to Bryce Canyon National Park.
